Travel Tips
Flying in
Brindisi (BDS) and Bari (BRI) are the nearest airports, both with direct flights from across Europe. Martina Franca is roughly 1 hour’s drive from either.
Getting around
A rental car is by far the easiest way to get to the venue and explore the region. Book it early and pick it up at the airport.
Without a car
Local trains and buses connect Bari with Martina Franca, but they are slow and infrequent. Taxis and private transfers are a good alternative — book ahead.
The weather
Late May is warm and sunny, with cooler evenings. Pack light clothes, sunscreen, swimwear for the pool party and a layer for after dark.
Money
Italy uses the euro. Cards are widely accepted, but carry some cash for small bars, markets and parking.
